Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the laser engraver or accessory in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to AtomStack

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, making sure to retain your tracking receipt for verification.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
